Contract Terms Reference
When creating or editing a contract, the following terms can be configured:
Covered Properties
Which properties from the accommodation account are included in this contract. The tour operator will gain API access only to the properties listed here.
Contract Type
Defines the scope of the partnership. Currently available type:
Type |
Description |

| Full Partnership | Full data-sharing agreement covering facts, availability, and photos. Includes all configurable permissions below. |
| Special Stop-Sale Allotment | Limited partnership focused on stop sale / availability sync only. Fact sheet and photo access are not included. |
Data Access Permissions
Permission |
Description |
|---|---|
| Facts Sheet Access | Allows the partner to pull the published fact sheet data via API. |
| Photos Access | Allows the partner to pull property photos via the Photos API. The tour operator may select which photos from the accommodation’s gallery to display — they are not required to show the full gallery. |
| Stop Sale Access | Allows the partner to pull the availability / stop sale calendar via API. |
Tour Operator Permissions
Permission |
Description |
|---|---|
| Edit Facts Documents | The tour operator may edit fact sheet display fields according to the moderation level set by the accommodation. Source data is never modified. See Settings for moderation level options. |
| Add Logo on Documents | The tour operator may place their own logo in the header of generated fact sheet documents. |
| Add Own Photos | The tour operator may upload their own photos of the property. These photos are visible only in that operator’s own fact documents and API data feed — they are not visible to the accommodation or other tour operators. |
| Set Rooms “On Request” | The tour operator is allowed to set room status to On Request for days that have been stopped. |
Stop Sale Settings
- Sync Method — The tour operator may manage stop sale via direct API connection (Sync via Ananas API) or manually through the platform.
- Stop Sale Deadline — The maximum time within which the tour operator must apply stop sale changes, either manually or via API. Default: 24 hours. If the deadline is not met, the accommodation is permitted under the contract to apply their own penalty.
Contract Period
- Start Date — When data access begins. Can be set to the current date or a future date.
- End Date — When data access expires. API access is automatically revoked when a contract expires.
- Notice Period — The minimum number of days the accommodation must give before initiating contract termination. Default: 14 days.
Override Permissions
If the accommodation account has enabled Partners overriding fact documents in their preferences (see Settings), the contract can grant the operator the ability to override specific display fields — for example, displaying prices in a different currency or labeling a beach with their own name — without modifying the underlying source data.
API Token
When a contract is accepted, Ananas GDS automatically generates a unique API token for that partnership. The tour operator uses this token in all API requests to authenticate and access only the properties covered by the contract. Tokens are revoked when a contract is cancelled or expires.
Additional Terms
The contract includes a free-text field for any additional information, special conditions, or comments agreed upon between both parties.
