Company Details
Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Company’s Profile . This is the public-facing identity of your company on the Ananas GDS platform. The information here appears in the Marketplace and in partnership profile views.
Field |
Description |
|---|---|
| Company Name | Your official registered company name. For hotel chains and franchise groups, register only properties under your direct management. To transfer ownership of a property to a different account, contact us. |
| Website | Your company or property website URL. Improves discoverability and provides backlinks. Does not affect domain whitelisting for developer tools — that is managed separately. |
| Address | Company address as per legal registration and tax documentation. |
| Contact Number | Company contact number or direct number for the responsible person. Displayed in your Marketplace profile. |
| Company Logo | Upload your company logo (PNG or SVG recommended, min 200×200px). The logo is printed on the header of all generated, exported, and emailed documents when the corresponding preference is enabled. |
| Unique ID | Your unique platform-assigned identifier. Auto-generated on registration. Read-only. Used internally in API URLs and integrations. |
| Account Status | Shows whether your account is Free or Premium. See Pricing for plan details. Verification status is also shown here — the Ananas GDS team manually verifies submitted company data for authenticity. |
Preferences
Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Settings. These settings control account behavior, auditing, and partner interaction options.
Setting |
Description |
|---|---|
| Audit Trail | When enabled, all changes to account data are logged with a timestamp and the user who made the change. Highly recommended when using multiple authorized sub-users. Logs are accessible in the activity history view. |
| Add Company Logo on Documents | Enabled by default. When active, your company logo (uploaded in Company Details) is printed in the header of all generated fact sheet PDFs, availability chart exports, and emailed documents. |
| Partners Overriding Fact Documents | Disabled by default. When enabled, tour operator partners with an active contract can override specific display fields in how your fact sheet is presented through their own systems — for example, showing prices in a different currency or adding a local name for a beach. The source data stored in your account is never modified. Only the display in the partner’s output is affected. |
| Override Moderation Level | Controls how much overriding partners can do. Options range from Display-only (currency, names) to Extended (additional notes, selected facilities labeling). Available only when Partners Overriding is enabled. |
Layouts
Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Settings → Templates & Branding. The layout setting controls the visual format of exported fact sheet documents (PDF and email). The same structured data renders differently depending on the layout chosen.
Layout |
Description |
Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Plain Text | Clean, minimal layout. Features listed as plain text lines, no icons, no heavy formatting. | Systems that import or parse text; operators who prefer simple documents. |
| Bullet & Icons | Features organized as bullet points with category icons. Visually clear and structured. | Standard fact sheets sent to tour operators and travel agents. |
| Rich Text / Narrative | Facts written as descriptive prose paragraphs in a polished document style. | Premium presentations, sales documents, cruise line distributions. |
The layout applies globally to all exports and emails for your account. You can change it at any time — it only affects future document generation, not previously sent documents.
You can preview each layout before selecting it. The preview shows how your already-entered fact sheet data would look in that format.
