Contacts List & Mailing Groups
Navigate to Settings → Contacts List. This is where you manage your email distribution lists for manually sending fact sheets and availability charts.
Contacts
Add individual contacts with the following details:
- Name (person or department)
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Role / label (optional, for your reference)
Mailing Groups
A Mailing Group is a named collection of contacts that receives documents together. Examples: “German Tour Operators”, “UK Travel Agents”, “Internal Sales Team”.
- Click “Add New Group”
Give the group a descriptive name. - Add contacts to the group
Select from your existing contacts list or add new ones inline. - Save the group
The group is now available in the mailing group dropdown in the Stop Sale Calendar and Export Center.
Note: Mailing groups and API partnerships are independent. A contact in a mailing group receives emails only. API data access is managed via Contracts, not contact lists.
