What’s the partnership application?
- Partnership is a method to connect both accommodation and operators or resellers together.
Why should I make partnership application?
- Creating partnership will allow you to distribute your facts, stop sale feed, give access for tour operators and resellers to distribute your hotel details and photos directly from our platform to their selling end points, it will also allow operators to do some fact sheet adjustment to match their needs.
Can operator still view the properties data even though we are not partners ?
- partially yes, but you will not be able to distribute fact sheet to your clients using your logo or data on head of the document as seller of that hotel. also if you have special contract with the hotel with occupancy and accommodation you will not get that special stop sale feed.
Where can I view my active partnership ?
You can find your active contracts by visiting partners tab and go on 2nd menu navigation to contracts, there you can filter by status what you looking for.
How do I cancel a partnership contract?
You may cancel the partnership contract from either side as operator or accommodation, however if accommodation decide to cancel the contract… it will take up to 1 week to fully cancel it with the operator. that’s to prevent loses of data and income for the operator.
Can I make another partnership after I cancelled one?
Yes that will not be a problem
How do operator get the data from accommodation?
By going into developer tools and using the provided API from the accommodation
What kind of API data we receive and which format?
Currently we are supporting data feed in JSON and XML for API calls, whether for Facts or Stop sale. Operator will be able to get the data from regular updated cache and integrate that with their own system.
