Contacts List & Mailing Groups

Navigate to Settings → Contacts List. This is where you manage your email distribution lists for manually sending fact sheets and availability charts.

Contacts

Add individual contacts with the following details:

  • Name (person or department)
  • Email address
  • Company name (optional)
  • Role / label (optional, for your reference)

Mailing Groups

A Mailing Group is a named collection of contacts that receives documents together. Examples: “German Tour Operators”, “UK Travel Agents”, “Internal Sales Team”.

  1. Click “Add New Group”
    Give the group a descriptive name.
  2. Add contacts to the group
    Select from your existing contacts list or add new ones inline.
  3. Save the group
    The group is now available in the mailing group dropdown in the Stop Sale Calendar and Export Center.

Note: Mailing groups and API partnerships are independent. A contact in a mailing group receives emails only. API data access is managed via Contracts, not contact lists.
